I am Miranda Harvey, balloon artist and owner of Inflated Dreams LLC. I officially established Inflated Dreams in 2025, but I’m no rookie. I have years of experience in the balloon industry from providing custom balloon decor for family and friends and attending training from some of the top professionals in the industry.
